Business Development Manager
Reports To: Commercial Manager
Location: Fully Remote (based in Sri Lanka, aligned to UAE business hours)
About the Role
Codification is hiring a Business Development Manager to own our outbound sales engine. This role is the front line of our staffing growth strategy, focused on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for contract-to-hire, direct hire, and embedded contractor services across the UAE and UK. You will operate as a hunter, supported by a powerful automation stack, and directly partner with the Commercial Manager to drive pipeline momentum.
Why This Role Matters
Codification’s sales methodology spans six core approaches. This role focuses on two critical dimensions:
- Outbound Sales: You will own outbound campaigns end-to-end—prospecting, targeting, messaging, and qualifying leads using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, and Make.
- Consultative Selling: You will frame problems clearly during early engagement, enabling smoother and faster handover for solution presentation and deal conversion.
You will also support light inbound qualification and feed market intelligence back to optimise campaigns
