What you'll be doing
- Run outbound sequences to generate SQLs aligned to our ideal Customer profile.
- Qualify leads using structured criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
- Handoff leads to the Commercial Manager for pursuit and conversion.
- Keep our Odoo CRM clean, updated, and segmented.
- Report on campaign metrics (reply rate, engagement, conversion).
We are looking for
- 8+ years in outbound B2B sales, staffing BD, or commercial prospecting roles.
- Hands-on experience with: Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Make, and Odoo (or similar tooling).
- Strong sales and messaging instincts.
- Experience in recruitment or resourcing, especially in tech, consulting, or contractor-heavy environments.
- Full remote capability and full time UAE business hours availability.
