Senior Business Development Manager - GCC Staffing

Location: Dubai (Office-Based)

Salary: £ Competitive + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus

Are you a proven hunter in the staffing world? Can you open doors across the GCC, sell high-value staffing solutions, and own deals from first contact to close?

Codification is scaling fast across the GCC—and we’re hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business across our staffing portfolio: Direct Hire, Contract-to-Hire, and Enduring Contractors .

You’ll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of acquiring new logos and expanding early-stage accounts across tech-enabled and high-growth businesses.

What you'll do

Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate and close staffing deals across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the rest of the GCC.
Sell high-value placements and long-term engagements across technical, commercial, and digital roles.
Open doors with decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Heads, HRDs, Procurement).
Lead initial account expansion for the first 3–6 months before handing off to our talent delivery team.
Build a healthy pipeline, report accurately, and hit aggressive but achievable quarterly targets.

What you bring

5+ years in staffing sales with a proven record of new business wins in the GCC.
Fluent in selling contractor models, permanent placements, and hybrid structures.
Strong outbound muscle: LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, events, referrals—you know how to fill a funnel.
Able to pitch confidently to senior-level stakeholders and close consultatively, not just transactionally.
Strong understanding of tech/digital hiring needs or a proven ability to learn and adapt fast.
